Important Note:

 

With this package, clients' are responsible for providing all social media content (including images and text content) they wish to be posted.

This is an add-on service and will need to be purchased with one of our Just the Notes packages. Our team will create professional-quality show notes for your episodes, then upload the notes to your Libsyn account AND take care of your social media posts associated with each episode.

This package is automatically billed to the client's card on file on a monthly, recurring basis after the initial purchase. It is incumbent on the client to provide all necessary files  and content per billing month. We do not offer a roll-over, credit plan, or refund policy for files not received within the billing month.

 
 

Our Process

 
  • Initial Set-Up

    Once your initial invoice is paid, we will create a Podcast Production spreadsheet for your show using Google Sheets. This spreadsheet will allow us to collaborate easily with you on your show, keep track of when each episode is scheduled to release, as well as track your social media post rotation. This spreadsheet will also be color-coded, giving you an easy, at-a-glance view of the progress of your show notes and social media posting schedule.

  • Upload Social Media Content to Dropbox

    We will create a Dropbox folder, titled after your show, which will contain several different sub-folders. These sub-folder names may include: 'Audio,' 'Completed Show Notes,' 'Additional Information,' 'Social Media Images,' and 'Social Media Content.' We ask that you upload your social media images and text content to their designated Dropbox sub-folders so that our team can easily access these files and get them posted for you!

  • Show Note Creation

    While our social media expert is preparing to post your media content for your episodes, our writing team will start listening to the audio files you've uploaded to the 'Audio' sub-folder and begin creating your professional-quality show notes.

  • Show Note Editing, Posting, & Done!

    Once our writing team has finished writing your show notes, our editing team will triple check it for spelling and grammar mistakes, sentence structure, flow, and format structure. As soon as each document is given the 'thumbs up' by our editing team, we will upload the completed, final show notes to your 'Completed Show Notes' sub-folder on Dropbox as well as load the notes to your Libsyn account for each corresponding episode. Then, you can use these show notes anywhere else you choose and begin experiencing the SEO-magic behind our show note writing services!
